I really appreciated the elegant design and special atmosphere. The team provided really good service. They helped with every request efficiently. I especially loved the friendly cats that often visited. I felt welcome, like a friend.

The location is on the edge of the Medina walls, so it's about a 15-minute walk to the main square.

the staff was attentive. they readily assisted with requests, meeting expectations.

The room i was assigned proved disappointing. The wifi was virtually nonexistent. additionally, the air conditioning unit leaked, posing a slip hazard. breakfast looked as though it was comprised of leftovers. The coffee urn was nearly empty. this requires immediate attention.

The location wasn't great. my driver said he had never seen that area before. He mentioned it looked like a slum. it smelled bad and was noisy. i also had to search for staff because there was no proper reception area.
